2026 USHHC Vendor Information!

We're so excited to offer a fun selection of hobby horse shopping options this year and we want you to be a part of it! If you're interested in becoming a vendor, here's a breakdown of what's involved:​
 

• Begin by filling out our Vendor Application Form, available from February 15th to April 1st, 2026 on this page. Vendors will be selected and contacted by May 1st, 2026.

• Due to limited space, vendors will be curated this year, which means that as part of the Vendor Application Form you will be required to upload images (up to 6) of your merchandise. We are prioritizing hobby horse related merchandise.

• Vendors may not be located in the main gym this year.

• The vendor fee is $60, which includes one 8' table, or $70, which includes one 8' table and one 6' table.

• No food items please. Also, no items with 2026 US (or USA) Hobby Horse Championships.
